Refund for services never used

    I want a refund for the renewal of my ‘professional services’ that were never used. I got cancer after I signed up for this account and now I am unable to use the domain or the services so I would like a refund. I paid the first charge of $299 and it just renewed on 3/7 according to my credit card bill. Since I have never used the service and don’t plan to use it, how do I get a refund? This company has no customer service whatsoever.

    Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for WordPress.com Business package and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
