Refund for Site

I just created a site with WordPress a few hours ago and then changed my mind after discovering I wouldn’t be able to transfer my domain from Wix to WordPress easily. I cancelled my premium plan ($99) as well as the domain mapping. I got an email saying I would be receiving a refund of only $86. If I’m canceling within the trial period, why am I not receiving a full refund?

Sorry about this, it was due to an issue processing things on our side. I’ve gone ahead and refunded the rest of what you paid.

When can I expect to see the refund show in my checking account? As of now the $99 and the $13 for the domain mapping have yet to be refunded.

It will be back in your account within a week. If you see it take any longer than that the best place to contact is your bank to see if there’s a processing delay on their side.

Thanks, Andrew. I see that the refund has been applied to my account, but it was only for $86, not $99. I should have been refunded the $99 and then two separate $13 domain mapping charges (which have been applied). Therefore, I’m still owed $13.

All of those refunds have been processed on our end.
Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
