Refund for subscriptions for websites no longer in use

We had a recurring subscription for 2 of our websites. We decided to delete those websites and ended up having no active plans.
Now, we want a refund for the subscription as they were annual and the websites were deleted in <30 days. We are not able to connect with human support team because we do not have any “active” plans. We had business plans for both.
We even tried restoring one of the websites so the subscription comes back and we are able to get in touch with the support team but even that is not working.
