  Hi I just cancelled the Business package – will I get a refund?

  Hi there,

  Refunds are available for 30 days from date of purchase on everything but custom domain registrations, which need to be cancelled within 48-hours of purchase. Here’s more on refunds: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  Hi there,

  You bought your Business Plan in November last year. As @justjennifer said above, our refund period is 30 days, so it’s not possible to refund your plan any more.
