Refund for the domain renewal

    Hi!
    My domain has been renewed automatically on 6th August (2020), but I decided to cancel it and get a full refund for this renewal on 8th August (today). However, I was only able to delete the domain, but was not offered to get a full refund for it…
    I have read on your site that full refund can be received if it is claimed after 96 hours of renewal, hence, I believe, I should receive it.
    How can I receive this refund for my domain renewal? Thank you so much!

    A refund was sent for this today, and depending on your credit card provider, may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
