Refund for the subscription

I have purchased plans just for 30 min and tried to get a refund due to the difficulty of using the WordPress and also not fitting the style that I was looking for.
But once I requested cancellation and refund, it refund $112 out of $125. Can you double check why some dollars are missing?WP.com: Yes

The difference may be for a custom domain. Did you want to keep that to use elsewhere? If not, perhaps that needs to be cancelled separately (within 96 hours of purchase)?
