Refund for Theme

I purchased a premium theme through wordpress.com, but now am hosting my blog on wordpress.org and need to get the self-hosting files to upload. I was told I could get a refund on my theme by going to Store > My Upgrades, but when I do that there’s no option to cancel my theme purchase. Nor is there a direct contact person that I can talk to in order to request a refund. How can I get this theme purchase cancelled so I can repurchase the right theme?

Hi there, the refund period for premium themes is 30 days, so you would only see the option to self-refund within that time period.
