Refund for theme and add ons, we don’t have our site on woo anymore

  Hello,
  We cancelled WooCommerce in the past month as we switched over to Shopify a few months back. I was charged yesterday for add on and themes in the amount of $188.68. Please credit me back for that and cancel any future recurring charges.

  There aren’t any recent transactions or active subscriptions on your WordPress.com account. Could you please share the site address you have been using here?

  Also, please make sure your site was hosted here on WordPress.com, not on another host where you used WordPress.org software along with WooCommerce.
