Refund for Theme Purchased

I would like my money back for a theme I purchased. I did not realie it would not look like the preview. I don’t know how to customize it and I would like a refund please. Let me know who I need to contact regarding this. Thank you!

You can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.

Since the theme being used on the site linked to your username is not a premium theme, and indeed the site itself has no content, perhaps we can give you some help in getting your site off the ground with or without the premium theme?

If you purchased a theme somewhere else not that you will not be able to use it on your free hosted WordPress.com blog. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install plugins, upload third-party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
