Refund for theme within 2 months of purchase

    Hello, I am helping setup a wordpress.org webpage for a friend who built her site unknowingly on wordpress.com She purchased the premium theme Profile designed by Organic themes for her WordPress.com webpage.
    I contacted organic themes describing the situation, they informed me that she can get a refund via wordpress.com within a 2 month period. The purchase was made on the 27th of September so she is still in that refund eligible period. Your assistance in crediting her account would be much appreciated.
    She also purchased a domain redirect for $13/year. If this is refundable that would be nice to, though we are less concerned with this fee.

    Actually, no. The theme is refundable within 30 days, not 60. I believe the domain redirect is also refundable within 30 days.

    Applications for refunds need to be done from the Upgrades page of the dashboard.
