Refund for transfer

    I want to cancel my transfer and get a refund for my transfer. I emailed someone to cancel it minutes after the purchase. Why isn’t anyone helping me? Why can’t I get the information I need. You guys keep sending me instructions but I don’t see what the instructions are telling me to do. I want to cancel my transfer to WordPress and get my $12 bucks back. I refuse to work was any provider where it’s difficult to get any help. This is wrong. My number is- [redacted for privacy]. I am happy to go over the instructions with someone over the phone OR if someone can cancel this for me and get my refund.

    I don’t see any purchases on this account. Can you let us know what the domain is, and also log out and log back in using the email address that go the purchase notification? Getting you in the right account will help, as will knowing the domain.

    Also, just as a heads up, domain transfers can’t be refunded if they are complete, and in fact we would want to hurry and uncancel that for you so you don’t lose the name. Once we know your domain and you’re contacting us from the account that owns the upgrade, we’ll be able to take a closer look. Thanks!

    here is proof that I paid. You shouldn’t be seeing anything that says “nothing was purchased”

    please reimburse this. Cancel the transfer. I already reached out to Wix to block this transfer.

    With regards to the inbox of which that invoice was sent, are you able to send a password reset via this form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    If yes, you would need to log into that account, and from there, you should be able to refund the purchase her: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
