Refund for Unused Upgrade

  I paid $12 to redirect my WordPress.com blog to a domain I own. Later I tried WordPress.org out by undoing the redirect and installing WordPress software directly onto the domain. I was not happy with the result, so I switched back to using WordPress.com and having the blog redirect again. I wasn’t able to contact you then because I needed to get the blog up and running right away for school. I am now contacting you to see if I could get a refund for the first redirect upgrade. Please let me know. Thank you.

  Just to be clear, though it should be obvious, I paid the $12 for the second redirect as well. Seems like it should have just been a subscription based thing and been treated as a continuation of the service since it was still within the one year period for which I paid.
