refund for unwanted template not used yet

  Hey guys! I want to know if I can get a refund for a template i just bought but I wont use. I am not happy with the way it works and I cant upload my logo. Also, I never saw before any notice stating that the site will have ads on it. If i had known that, I would not have purchased the template. my template is “photographer” by organic templates. I would appreciate if you can send me your response to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I’d be happy to provide you a full refund for Photographer. Please note that once I remove it all the site customizations you have made so far on Photographer will disappear and revert to free theme.
