Refund for upgrade

I am unable to contact anyone at wordpress. Does anyone know if they have a telephone number? I had a two-week trial for an upgrade. The trial should end on Wed, October 22, which would be two weeks from October 8, which is the date I signed up for it. I received an email that said it would end today and I would be charged $99 for the upgrade, but my account was charged yesterday before I could cancel. I am very upset by this because my two weeks wasn’t even up yet and there is no one I can contact, which is crazy. Please let me know if there is a customer service line I can call and actually speak with someone about this.

Dashboard → Store → Billing HistoryAre you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -
I’m sorry, why should I have to wait 1-2 weeks when it was YOUR error? My account was never supposed to be charged.

You were not supposed to charge me until after the two week trial period. You charged me before the trial period ended. I should not have to wait 1-2 weeks for a refund.

Hi there,
I’m sorry for the trouble. You weren’t actually charged for the Premium plan, but we did begin the authorization process for that payment. That authorization was voided (cancelled) so the charge won’t go through.
Usually, when a charge is being authorized, your credit card will show it as a pending payment. It may take some time for your credit card company to remove that pending payment from your card, but I can assure you the charge didn’t go through.

Hello, I am having a similar problem. I was so swamped with work and classes that it slipped my mind to cancel the service before I was charged. Money is tight so I was wondering if I could receive a refund even if it is 2 weeks later. I haven’t even had a chance to use this service.
