Refund for upgrade premium

  The free trial upgraded charged me $100 and my site is not ready to get build. How do I get a refund for this?

  Hi Monica,

  It appears as if the $99 transaction was voided on 3/15/14.

  I removed the subscription for the Premium upgrade from your account.
