Refund for Upgrade Purchased on 7/13/2017

I am unhappy with the lack of support that I expected to receive with this upgrade and I would like a refund for this purchase:

I’m sorry to read you aren’t happy with the support with the Premium Plan.
Please know that you do have the ability to request a refund through your account. Find the directions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
Please know you posted this information to a public forum. Your email was removed but it was a lot of information to post publicly.
Also, are you aware that with the Premium Plan you have access to email and live chat (when live chat is available)? You don’t need to use these forums:

Your directions for a refund say “If you are within the refund period, head to your Manage Purchases page. This page can be accessed through your Me page in the “Manage Purchases” section of the left sidebar.”
When I go to “manage Purchases” page I only have the option to upgrade my plan. As well, I get a pop up box that tells me to pay $119.
I want a refund of my original $99.
You have not provided an option for me to so. -

It looks like Staff have already removed the sensitive information from your above post, but I have left this thread tagged for their attention to help with the refund.
Is it possible that you purchased the upgrade using a different username account than the one you are posting here in the forums? That could explain why you wouldn’t see the purchase in your Manage Purchases dashboard or have access to direct Staff assistance at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
