Refund for upgrades/Moving theme over to new blog
-
Hi, I work for a company (www.moduspowered.com) and needed to set up an internal company blog so it points to moduspowere.com/blog.
I didn’t realize with the $13.00 domain mapping upgrade, that WordPress is hosting the site. Can I cancel and receive a refund for this? I need our development team to install WordPress on our server, so we have the ability to get the “/blog” subdirectory.
If not, can we install the current blog onto our servers? If I do that, will the $30.00 theme purchased also roll over as well?
How to refunds work? Is it prorated?
Thank you.

THemes purchased from WordPress.com cannot be used on WordPress.org blogs (and vice versa).
Refunds are not prorated. For domain mapping you have a 48 hour refund window, and for all other upgrades you have a 30 day refund window. You apply for the refund from the UPgrades page of your blog.
