Refund for website renewal

  Hello,

  Wordpress services just billed me today of 117$ for a website that I closed (ordreterne.com) and I would like to cancel this operation within the 48h but I can’t access the refund operation on my account…

  Could you please tell me how to proceed?

  I have canceled your subscription for WordPress.com Premium and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  Just need there refund for the wordpress premium suscription and domain name (117$).

  All were canceled and the full refund was issued about 30 minutes ago.

  It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, though usually much less in my experience.
