Refund for WordPress Business Renewal – Only Partial Refund

Hi,
I previously submitted this item: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/refund-for-wordpress-business-renewal/ and there was one refund for my account that went through, but there should have been two refunds since there were two installations of the WordPress Business account auto-renewals. Here is the order ID that was not refunded: [redacted].
Can you please look into processing this refund?

@allaboardfloridatrain the transaction you mentioned was refunded some time ago, and there are no other charges within the past year on that account.
Do you have another account?

Ah, yes, that could be it. I thought both were managed under the same WordPress Business account, but the other one was for https://gobrightline.wordpress.com/ so it might be showing as a transaction under that one instead. Thanks for your help!

Ah! Sorry I didn’t see your response here earlier.
This one’s for user gobrightline, right? I don’t see any recent charges on that one either, but if you’d like to log out and log in as that user, and update us here, we can check it out.

@supernovia thanks for your help! This charge was on 9/8/18 and was the business account was cancelled at the same time as the other account that was refunded in November of 2018.
