Refund for WordPress Custom domain
-
I had a free wordpress.com blog earlier. On 18th Dec, I bought a custom domain for my blog (Add a Domain). However, I was of the opinion that this also would give me some hosting space, which it doesn’t. I am not a technical expert and I wasn’t able to understand it properly. After realizing my mistake, I contacted support to delete my domain and for refund of my money on 19th dec. However, I haven’t yet heard from them.
Wanted to know what is the time within which the WordPress team makes the refund. Also what part of the cost is refundable.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Usually the entire cost is refundable within 48 hours. Sounds like something went awry and you should re-contact Support via your dashboard Help button.
Incidentally, hosting is FREE at WordPress.com. What specifically were you looking for with the upgrade? Each upgrade here only applies to exactly what it says: the space upgrade to space, the videopress upgrade to hosting video, the domain name to the actual URL. None of them exempt you from the Terms of Service. IF you tell us what you wanted to achieve, perhaps we can find a workaround for free.

I had written to the wordpress team within 24 hours but yesterday when I mailed them again they said that they didn’t receive any previous mail from me and that I no longer am eligible for a refund.
