Refund for WordPress Plan

  My account was automatically renewed for the $36 WordPress Blogger plan. When I had wanted to cancel – it only gave me a refund of $14. It’s saying that it’s also because I’m renewing the domain, but I canceled that subscription as well. I’d like to know how I can get a full refund.
