  Can I get a prorated refund because I’m moving my site to Thinkific?

  Unfortunately, we are unable to process a refund since it is past the refund window. The time frame to receive a refund is 96 hours for initial domain registrations. All other purchasable annual upgrades and renewals have a 14-day refund window. Purchasable monthly upgrades and renewals have a 7-day refund window.   But I’m moving my website and the auto renewal is default ..can there be any flexibility? My website looked ugly on WordPress and I finally realized it would make more sense to use Thinkific. And its incredibly limiting on WordPress using Elementor Pro and not ideal for the type of business I’m in..and it’s unfortunate that the policies are so inflexible.
