Refund for wordpress.com domain mapping (I want to use wordpress.org instead)

  I purchased domain mapping for $13 for wordpress.com — it so happens that I actually want wordpress.org and do self hosting because I did not know that you can install a theme on wordpress.com — I would like a refund.
