Refund for wp.com premium and theme

  I over a month ago migrated my blog from blogger to wordpress.com

  Unaware that there are two types of wordpress i joined the wrong one!

  I applied for a refund as I straight away upgraded my account to premium and also brought a premium theme. I did apply for a refund for both before the 30days where up. I haven’t got one and now they are saying they are active…

  Can anyone help? What do I do, feel like this has been such a waste of time and money!!
