Refund for yearly auto renew

  I have not been active on WordPress for sometime, however it appears that I had auto-renew turned on for a plan I subscribed for last Feb 2024. I would like to have the full $33.06 refunded to my account as I have stopped using the platform, however because it has been 5 days, the refund button does not appear.

  I have cancelled my auto -enew and deleted the domain access from my account as I do not wish to continue using it.

  Could I please have some help with how to have this amount refunded.
