Refund from 1st May 2018

    Hi there, it generally can take up to 10-12 days for a refund to show up in your statement, and sometimes longer for International credit cards or services.

    I checked your account the refund as issued by us on the 1st of May.

    I would suggest checking with your credit card company. Let us know if you do not see it within the next few days.
