Refund from a site powered by WooCommerce
-
I ordered a deep freezer on a tadonaz.com website and your business information is at the bottom of their fake order confirmation I received in my email back in April. I tried responding to their “support” email and it’s also non-existent as well as their website. Please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff).

@bowmanbrandy78, our service does not sell freezers, only hosting services and tech.
You might have used a site powered by the free WooCommerce software, however we have no power to offer a refund for that, any more than Microsoft could refund you regarding an ad typed up using Word.
But this may help:
1. Contact the site owners.
2. If they do not respond within a reasonable time, consider contacting your bank about the purchase to see if they can help you contest the charge.
3. Consider finding out who hosts the site. One good tool is whoishostingthis.com . Then contact the host to see if they offer any recourse.
I hope this helps! Also, since you commented on someone else’s thread, and I saw that first, I split this off into a new topic. I noticed you had created another topic as well, so I’ll post a summary there.
Cheers!
