I signed up for a Basic Subscription on Akismet by mistake. I cancelled the subscription and submitted a request for refund instantly (@ https://akismet.com/support). However, I have not heard from them till now. Its a huge amount for me. Request you to help me get the refund.

Refunds are never instant. Refunds take up to 10 business days to be received.
