Refund from another site

  Hi,

  I tried to write to you AI assistant but he cant help me. So, today i have get an email, while i was at work and i wasnt able to read it, that my plan will renew whithin the next 30 days. Two hours later i have get an email where it says that the plan is already renewed and it was in total $143.75, for a premium plan and domain, which i both dont need and which i would like to refund as i no longer need this page.
  The thing is that the plan was for the page I am no longer able to log in, so i cant make the changes. First I had the page called zgoronzdolon, from which one i logged out i completely chaged it to goatadventures.hr, so i cant log in to zgoronzdolon and make i change.
  I need your help now to somehow make a refund.
