Refund from OCT. 18

Hi, I have emailed you guys about this now three times, on Oct. 18 I was charged 318$ for the renewal of my site, to me I thought I had cancelled my account, so I emailed support for a refund and the person who helped me assured me I would be refunded and processed the refund. I waited the allotted 20 days to let it hit my account but once it didn’t I emailed you again. Upon emailing again, I was told to ask my bank if the transfer had been initiated. My bank said that it was not. I would please ask that my refund be processed as I need the money. I can send the receipt and the other emails I have of the conversations with previous reps. Please help me as quickly as possible. I hope you are having a great day so far

Refunds typically show up within 24-72 hours. Though they can take up to 7-10 days and in rare cases, longer.
In your case, I’m seeing a renewal purchase made 2020-10-18 and then a refund requested/processed that same day. Often when purchases and refunds happen in quick succession, banks simply cancel out the charge as if it never happened. So you won’t see a refund because the charge will also not be reflected on your account.
I would encourage you to check with your financial institution and see if that is the situation here.
