Refund full price for domain plan

    Hi, I just made an account and purchased the personal plan with a domain. I no longer want either and am giving up ownership to the domain name. I would like the get a full refund, but was only shown a $9 refund for the plan. The domain name was cancelled, but there was no confirmation on the refund ($26). I would like the get the full amount back.

    I just made an account and purchased the personal plan with a domain.

    There are no unrefunded purchases on the account you are logged in to. Which domain did you cancel? If you let me know, I’ll be able to look into this for you.

    Thanks for confirming. I checked your account and the plan has already been cancelled and refunded in full. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    You’ll see there are two separate refund receipts, one for $9.88 and another for $26.00.

    The money should reach your account in 7-14 business days.
