Refund Guide (there isn't a refund button)
-
Hi,
I purchased a guided transfer last night but after some considered thought I realised it’s not what I want to do at this point in time. I would like to refund the purchase but there is no ‘refund’ button on the ‘my upgrades’ section of the store. Hopefully one of the WordPress staff gurus will be able to refund it for me. Again, sorry for the hassle. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When I go to the My Upgrades page I can hover my mouse over entries there and see a “cancel” link that I can click. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/03/26/keep-your-upgrades-in-order/

This is to let you know that I flagged this thread for Staff attention previously. Please be patient while waiting.

I don’t see any Guided Transfer purchases under your tutsover account. Did you purchase this from a different account?

I bought “WordPress Value Bundle” with “tutsover” (my account) … In fact if I go on “my upgrades” it says “Status: Active” ….

I’ve tagged this for staff attention and hopefully someone will pop around shortly and get you the refund for the value bundle.

Your bundle included a domain registration.
If you’d like, I can cancel and refund the rest of the bundle for $74.As for the domain, if we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it.
Instead, you can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.
Of course, I can also cancel and refund the whole thing, including the domain for $99.

I have canceled and refunded your bundle as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
