Refund Guided Transfer

Hi,
Sorry for bother in advance. I purchased a guided transfer today but after some considered thought I realised it’s not what I want to do at this point in time. I would like to refund the purchase but there is no ‘refund’ button on the ‘my upgrades’ section of the store. Hopefully one of the WordPress staff gurus will be able to refund it for me. Again, sorry for the hassle.
