Refund guided transfer

Hi,
I have purchased a guided transfer for my blog, ravishingretail.com and after some careful consideration, realised this is not what I want or need to do just yet at this point in time.
I’ve taken a look through the ‘my upgrades’ section of my Dashboard but haven’t noticed a ‘refund’ button anywhere and was hoping someone is able to help me cancel the guided transfer and arrange a refund for me?
