Refund has not been issued

    I cancelled my premium upgrade and received an email confirmation on the 30th of May, 2013. This refund has not been issued and is now 5 days past the estimated date that we would get the funds back. I have checked with my bank and can see that the money has gone out but not come back in yet. Please advise; this is an urgent matter.

    Thank you. I have just checked again and I still haven’t received the funds back. I really hope someone can look into this urgently.

    Staff work their way through support tickets and forum threads tagged for their attention by dealing with those that have the earliest date and timestamps first, then moving forward to deal with those that have the most recent date and time stamps. Please be patient while waiting for Staff to assist the bloggers who posted before you did.

    Hi there,

    I see that the transaction was indeed refunded on 5/31. Because of the way refunds are processed (we use PayPal for all transactions), it can take several days for the funds to appear in your account.

    You may wish to check with your credit card or bank (depending on how you paid) to see if the funds have been deposited.
