I requested for a refund of £11.00 for domain mapping around two weeks ago and this still has not been received.
Please can someone look into this for me ASAP.

It looks like the domain mapping subscription was cancelled, but no refund was issued. I will issue that refund right now and it may take a few days to a few weeks to be back in your account.
