Refund hasn't gone through

  Hi there,

  I want to refund and cancel my premium account so that I can move it to wp.org instead.

  I requested a refund twice, but nothing has happened yet.

  I have refunded you for the Premium upgrade as well as domain mapping. You should see the funds in your account within a few days, and you are free to use your domain salushealth.com.au elsewhere.
