Refund hasn’t happened

    Hi there, I have refunded this domain and yet I haven’t received a refund into my account. It shows up on my billing history on WordPress but hasn’t translated to my bank account. It says it’ll be 7-10 days but it’s been over three weeks now. Can I speak to an advisor?

    Hello there! We’ve checked your account and the refund for the plan and domain were issued on 2024-05-05. These refunds were processed reversals which means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
