Refund hasn’t worked

Hi – I have two refunds. One refund recepit shows where the money will go, back onto my card. The other seperate refund doesn’t, can you fix this please as I haven’t received the full refund!

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

Hi –
I can see that we’ve processed 2 refunds on this account. One for £40.80 and the other on £30.60. They were refunded on the same date and look to be going through Stripe Ireland.
The money comes back to you the same way that it came to us.
