Refund having An error occurred

  i was decided to use the .org, i was requested to refund and receive an email request to cancel upgrade.
  but when i clicked on “confirm cancellation” it shows
  (An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
