Refund Help

    4 days ago I purchased WordPress Personal for yearly for USD 48 and yesterday I upgraded it into WordPress Premium for additional of USD 48.

    But then I cancelled. I used credit card for both transaction. The payment of yesterday have been reversed but the payment of 4 days ago have not yet been reversed/refunded.

    I need help / confirmation.

    Hi there!

    The newer purchase was reverted, that’s why it was immediate. The refund for the older purchase is still processing so you will need to wait a few days.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks, especially outside of the United States, may require more time to process the refund.
