    Hello, We have discontinued the use of our WordPress site this school year, but forgot to turn off the auto-renewal on the payment plan. I feel like I typically get an email reminder that the site will renew, and I don’t remember getting that this year. Had I gotten an email reminder I would have cancelled before the charge came through. We are now hosted by SNO for our student publication.

    I read your refund policy, but didn’t know if there was anything you could do to help us. We are a high school without a big budget.
