refund help?

  Two days ago I had an automatic monthly payment go through but it didn’t show up in my bank account, (I didn’t realise this till later) I refunded it and still didn’t see any transaction in my bank account, now the next day I was billed the payment I was supposed to get refunded and I haven’t got my refund yet.

  Is this just a case of waiting for the refund or do i need to contact someone?

  I see that you incurred an annual charge on 2/11 which was refunded on that same day.
  It can take up to 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  Hi, 

  I have been experiencing similar issues to the person above, however the only way I have been able to find any contact with WordPress has been via live chats with a AI robot, I would like to speak to a person to resolve this issue, how I can I access someone who actually works for WordPress Customer Service?
