Refund Help
-
When i try to cancel and refund my purchase for the wordpress.com starter plan, it says I can only remove my plan which means that that the purchase is eligible for refund. However, this plan should be eligible for refund according this from your website ‘WordPress.com annual, two-year, and three-year plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal. WordPress.com monthly plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase or renewal. The 100-year plan is refundable within 120 days.’
Please help me refund this.

I meant to say that the remove option means i am ineligible for a refund right now and don’t understand why because according to the refund info page I should be eligible

Hi there!
You are still eligible for a refund. Our refund period is 96 hours for domain registrations and 14 days for yearly WordPress.com plans. Are you sure you want to cancel the domain, though? If you cancel it, you won’t be able to register it elsewhere right away, as it will take some time for the domain to be available elsewhere.
Would you also mind sharing your feedback as to why you’d like to cancel your subscription? If you still need a website,w e’d love to learn more about your site requirements and help you build it on WordPress.com.
Please let us know. Thanks!

I want to keep the domain yes, but I would like to refund the plan. I didn’t do enough research going into this and I want to re-evaluate my options for choosing a web site building platform.

Feel free to tell us about your site requirements. We’d love to have your website built on WordPress.com! You can also hire our experts to build the website for you through our website design service.
