Refund Help!

  I didn’t cancel my private registration,I renewed then it said I was getting a refund not sure what is going on?

  Hi there,

  It looks like after renewing your domain, the private registration was accidentally cancelled. We refunded the private registration renewal amount, but you can add it back to your domain under Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. Just click the “Add Private Registration” button next to your domain.
