Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgradesDashboard > Store > Billing History
http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

WordPress.com is the top level domain here and all free hosted free wordpress.com blogs are on .wordpress.com sub-domains.
mohammedjamil.wordpress.com is a subdomain URL for a free WordPress.com blog.
Your referred to a domain above an d expect an refund. For what?
A refund for a domain mapping upgrade is time limited. What is the domain URL starting with http:// that you were mapping from mohammedjamil.wordpress.com to?

Hi there,
It looks like your domain mapping was outside of the default 48 hour refund period for domain products in which we automatically issue refunds, so one was not issued at that time. I have now issued a refund however, so it should be heading back to your bank account now.
I sincerely apologize for the wait.
