Refund help

So, I’ve been billed for something that I didn’t know was coming out. I’ve cancelled everything that I know of and on my account there’s no blog sites showing. I just got an email to say that I would be billed on December 7th, but I’ve been billed today and there’s nothing in my purchases section to cancel anything.
Does anyone know how I can get into contact with someone to get this sorted out? There are no chat facilities that I can seem to access and I just want to speak to someone before I get more frustrated!

Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
