  I bought a premium 14 $ to upload a theme and I didn’t have the options to upload so I decided to cancel and refund it so it’s been 15 days no refund to my bank account

  Howdy,

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-03-03. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
