Refund Help – Need Staff Attention

Hi – I got charged £85 for the wordpress upgrade today, after reading if i cancelled within 2 days, i cancelled because i don’t currently have enough to pay for it (being a student). But i seemed to have cancelled it without requesting a refund? could someone help please! Needed urgently!

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

I’m aware of the time frames – what I’m saying is i cancelled without requesting a refund and now have no option to as the upgrade has been cancelled

Hello, I did 02 blogs for test. I canceled one and the other I did the upgrade for a premium. But I can get change the configurations because my older blog (canceled) is continue appearing.
What can I do? Please, help me. Tks -
I cancelled before they billed and they still billed me

The transaction in question was successfully voided. No charge was placed.
If you still see a pending charge on your account, it should disappear within a few days.
I only see one site associated with your account, eagoraeeu.wordpress.com. It has a WordPress.com Premium Plan and a custom domain, partiubogota.com, associated with it.
