  Hello. I am completely unsure as to what i have done here. I set up the premium site to create my website .. but then it created a wordpress.com website name which i didn’t want. I just wanted it to be http://www.vdubescapes.co.uk – So i have cancelled everything for the moment until i figure it out. Please ensure i am fully refunded.

  Can someone please come back to me.

  You can initiate the refund directly through your dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases Here’s the full support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ Refunds can take 10-14 days and will be returned to the same payment method you used to purchase the plan.

  (Do note that as a premium plan user you also had access to direct staff support through email and live chat. )

  Hello. Thank you. But I’m a panic I had done it wrong I cancelled it. Is there someone I can speak to? I have 2 websites to set up …

  Good Morning –

  I can help sort this out.

  Every custom domain that you register as new through us, or map to your account, needs to attach to a free .wordpress.com site address. This is something that you see within your account, but your visitors don’t see it. If someone tried to put your free .wordpress.com site address in their browser it would automatically redirect to your custom domain.

  What you had setup was correct.

  Please let me know if you intend to use vdubescapes.co.uk again? Right now the domain mapping has been cancelled and I’ll need to restore it for you if you have plans to use it.

  If you did not intent to use the Premium plan upgrade then you could downgrade to the Personal plan for vdubescapes.co.uk.

  You mentioned setting up 2 sites, each custom domain will require it’s own plan upgrade.

  Hello. I plan to use vdubescapes yes. Is there someone who can talk me though the set up again so I do it right? Once I’ve done one I can do the other easy :)

  I’ve restored your domain mapping subscription. Did you want to continue with the Premium plan or would Personal suit your needs? The plans are listed at wordpress.com/pricing/
